My passion for HR lies in the development of employees and in HR policy. In my role as HR Business Partner, I am involved in both operational as well as tactical issues. I give the organization advice – whether requested or not – in the field of Human Resource Management.

I really enjoy contributing to the growth and realization of Sentench’s strategic objectives. There are many opportunities to shape your own function and to take on projects in this rapidly growing organization. Initiative is more than welcome. By showing initiative, you genuinely get the opportunity to develop yourself further.

Because we are an SME, I experienced a warm welcome. I soon got to know my colleagues and the various departments, which quickly made me feel at home in the organization.

Besides my passion for HR, I am also very excited about traveling, preferably to places where not many tourists go. So it’s not surprising that I have used my free days as much as possible in recent years to see the world. I prefer to do this with my boyfriend, Tom. In addition, I am a real social animal and do all kinds of activities with my friends.
